SnapSlab is operated by SnapLabs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. By using SnapSlab, you agree to these practices.
Account data. Your email address and name when you create an account.
Card data. Photos you submit for grading, scan results, wishlist entries, collection records, and grading outcomes you track in the app. This data belongs to you.
Payment data. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.
Usage data. Standard logs including device type, app version, features used, and error reports. Used to diagnose bugs and improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your card photos or collection data for advertising.
We share data with the following processors only as needed to operate the service:
Each processor operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
We retain your account and card data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required for legal or accounting purposes.

Photos you submit for AI grading are processed to generate grade results and may be stored to improve model accuracy. Photos are associated with your account and are not shared with third parties outside of the AI processing pipeline. You may request deletion of your photo data at any time.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is managed by Supabase with industry-standard session handling. Payment data never touches our servers — Apple and RevenueCat handle it end-to-end.
SnapSlab is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify you via the app or email and update the effective date above. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
